first try

well, this is my first shot at blogging in general. i'm curious to see if it will drop off like every blank book i've ever bought. i suppose we will soon see....
crazy weekend ahead...the last of 5 weekends in a row with wedding related events. i can't wait for it all to end. i hope no one else had 2 weddings, a shower, an engagement party, and a bachelorette party to go to right around my wedding! if so, i am truly, truly sorry.
it's strange to be amidst all this wedding stuff and be married already! definitely kinda sad. i think i might have gotten away without any post-wedding blues if it weren't thrown in my face like this. but life goes on, and i'm sure i will make it. =)
zac (my good friend from tx, with me above) is in for the weekend because of the wedding. it's amazing how much i missed him. i don't think i realized it until i picked him up from the airport. it's crazy how you can just go right back into being together again. we all hung out last night to celebrate zac-ness, which totally rocked. i haven't had a weeknight party to go to in awhile.
still have to go buy a wedding present tomorrow, but hey, that's why weddings don't start until the afternoon, right? lol. i should be back with more once the weekend craziness is done. until then...
