who thinks this is ok?

all right. i am all about the first amendment. i love that i can say whatever the fuck i want wherever and whenever i want. i have no fear of the thought police (except if i want to talk to my friends who may happen to live in the middle east. then i'm afraid.)(who am i kidding? i'm pretty afraid of the thought police nowadays. however, it's mostly on others' behalf. i think i'm ok, at least for the time being.). regardless, i am offended at times. just because i can say it doesn't mean it's in good taste to. or that there aren't consequences.
i find this shirt to be totally unacceptable. are we really telling young boys that the solution to a nagging female is PUSHING HER? while grinning? i know, i know. who am i to decide what some kid wears? it's just a joke! it's just that i would NEVER want my kid to even see that and think it's ok. c'mon people. we're eradicating rights left and right (ahem) and yet, we're gonna keep this? i'm thinking no. while there's no law against being a jackass, there is a law against beating up your wife/girlfriend. i bet schools/consumers wouldn't think too highly of a shirt with some kid smoking a joint, which is, by the way, a VICTIMLESS crime.

ps i'm mostly upset because this is a child's shirt. if it were for adults, i would certainly consider it to be in poor taste. but i would grin and bear it. i'm not all about censorship. i just don't think 8 year olds should wear tshirts like this.
